well idk but I def. heard notes while watching the video that you didn't step

I don't mean like extra notes in the really fast streams, I'm not that pedantic/observant, I mean between the slower patterns

honestly though there's no excuse for dumbing down patterns in easy sections. it's kinda like what glove said, every pattern below a certain speed is roughly equally easy so you may as well make it pr

Anyways: I didn't dumb down detail in the slow sections. Those extra notes (often just 4ths) were just tough to hear so I omitted them. In the past I've kept them and consequently reaped some harsh criticism.

what are you using to hear music while you're stepping files? headphones or speakers, how good a quality?

probably the judges are really picky. We can't make a good pack without being overtly strict on some of these simfiles. (Which makes me question, how did Mendes get in?)
