Out of npv's stuff, I liked
Nageki No Ki Arbre Triste, then PARAJAZZ, Nishiazabu Suidou Kyoku was alright, maybe a little offsync in some parts, but too lazy to check for sure. Skyscraper in the East was also ok, but nothing special.

Megane de Ne should not have been stepped as the full version for sure. Also the beginning is very offsync and the file in FFR for me is still more fun, although many parts of the file were solid.

Overall though, a good debut for npv.

I enjoyed JX's two files, although I would have preferred to play songs without preexisting versions.

Stargroup's file was interesting, not quite my cup of tea, but fun to play once in a while.

Some of Kommi's files were alright, but the song choice was poor IMO.

Overall the pack was ok and did have some good files, but it was riddled with boring steps that are too repetitive and to songs that should not have been stepped.

strange, probably due to my 3.9's offset problem, haha. usually the files i make end up being fine but the ones i receive on 3.9 are off by about 40ms. i use 3.9 for da editor and 3.95 for playin hehe

the beginning of parajazz is fine but the 2nd half is gay as ****

saxophone should not be stepped as freezes with a million things going on the outside

medium layering is fine but don't saturate it

most of this pack was mediocre but i liked some of the files (stargroup's, jimerax's, some of kommisar's and npv's, puppet's) and i'm surprised that between the other files there weren't any terribly bad simfiles thrown in. for being an ffr community pack, i'd say you guys did a decently good job.

i liked deep striker haha, but i always like those 12th skip like rhythms. i think all of npv's files were great except buzzard, and puppet's chipscape i found to be fun. blood justice was very good for someone i never heard of. overall mediocre pack.

edit: kommisars files were on and off. some were good, some were alright, and some sucked.

probably cuz i sent every rf2 rejected simfile to this hehe. well now that this pack is over i can start focusing on making good files.

elysium - was bored and made a chart for this that's insanely boring unless you like easy files

hell hath no fury - dnb hehe. repetitive song sucks

ready 2 rokk - this was originally for the smo pack cuz i wanted to prove someone that their dumpy version was horrible

retard drums - first xmod file with added gimmicks thats pretty much it

scar in da earth - i was actually satisfied with this but kept changing so many things over and over i'd never get a final version, so i left it like that

tougen emaki - my best file in the pack imo

i dont think u missed anything kommisar haha. i havnt really played thro the whole pack so i think i mite do a review of every file.

also faxx is a rly hard scoring dump but its fun at da same time.

edit: random but does anyone know of any programs for finding bpm changes? goldwave doesnt work for me and ik wrong thread

faxx isn't really hard at all imo since i can easily fc it lol

uhh, you can use this for like a random bpm change in a song: http://www.all8.com/tools/bpm.htm

if the song's like very unconstant or something like nageki, then don't bother, but if it has occasional even bpm changes then it should do the job

heres my review for dis pack. lol i havent done this b4 so if u got a problem wit a rating or somethin deal wit it. 8) its my opinion and my opinion doesnt change anything

amber sores/shoes etc. : what the heck rofl. 1/10

blood for justice : this is fun and technically right from what i see. nice job; for a guy i never heard of, you did really well. 8/10

buzzards : rofl at these mines. they r actually used well, and this file is more fun than when i last played it O_O. 7/10

chain of pain : cool, simple file. it was ver fun. 9/10

chipscape : beginner was like O_O in hardness and stuff. it mite jus be hard to me bc i suck at hard 64th stuff. not 2 dumpy and feels like a cetaka file. 8/10

counterclockwise whatever : didnt like it sorry. i dont know what i didnt like about it, but i think it was song choice because i dont like this song at all. 6/10

elysium : wow i couldnt stand playing this. i have no idea why, but this is a file i'm sure i probably won't play again. i didnt find it fun at all 5/10

engine room : has a lot of errors, missing some 24th freezes at some parts. meant to be an easy MA file. 7/10 also i was making my first solo chart for this but i never got around to finishing it .

faxx : fun but hard. 7/10

get ready 2 rokk : boring file and bad song choice. it was technically right though. 5/10

golden cross : very fun 9/10

i <3 voltage : missing 24ths at some parts, arrow sync isn't right. i dont like 240 bpm 16th random files. it was fun though. 6/10

integraation: fun for a venetian snares file. i was surprised at no 64ths or anything. nice job 9/10

megane de ne! : wowoowowow. surprised me too. mosiac.wav annoys the heck outta me with their japanese vocals but yet i liked it nice. 9/10

motteke! wateva : GAY 2/10 j/k weird but fun 7/10

mountain of faith : sorry i have nothing to say about this rofl. 6/10
