Okay, I'm going to fix things that dore mentioned for Acid Rain. By the way, that ending, are you SURE those are 48ths? I actually know how to play this fill on a real kit and I'm pretty sure drummers don't rack it all the way up to 48th notes, its pretty difficult to get that sound making it only 24th. How about this, I make it 48th in Oni and 24th in Heavy.

Also found this ambient song with a jazz beat in the background, really intricate, quite difficult, only a minute.

dore - measures 5-7 triplets fixed, didn't hear those at first. The tom roll in very faint but yeah I hear it, that makes this file harder. >.< 41-49, it sounds a tiny bit like he's doing 8th notes but accenting the fourth note. Should I just put straight 8th notes for that section on the ride? Also, in the middle section where I did the same as the beginning, should I also make that like that the beginning, a continuous roll, or keep it as accents? It sounds like he isn't rolling this time.

EDIT: I tried doing the roll thing with blue and green and it was reeeeeeeeally awkward. So how about this, the main roll is on blue, and the accented notes are on either green or yellow depending on the hand? Because it felt weird doing the accents on green, having to move your left arm in a weird position. Also, I'm doing the roll thing on the middle part and in the beginning. It also felt awkward doing that 24th part on green and blue, but whatever its just a weird pattern anyway. I'm also putting 8th on the ride earlier in the song.

EDIT2: When I send in the fixed file, could someone cut off the end where I don't have anything stepped? Thanks. Its kinda weird waiting a few seconds before it shows that the file actually ended.

EDIT3: I'm assuming EnR will say what dore said, sending fixed version now. Please cut it. D:

Mal, you should step a file! Just open up SM and switch it to PIU, then start stepping it. dore wrote a guide, I'd recommend reading it if you do end up stepping something.

I actually dunno for sure but it was really ****ing fast at .5x so I assumed it was 48ths lol. I'm positive it's faster than 24ths but I dunno exactly what it is.

41-49 isn't straight 8th notes, but there are lots of 8th notes randomly thrown in there, you'll have to listen carefully and see where he is/isn't adding them. Also the second time with the tom thing I don't think he's rolling.

I'll see about "drumming" a file (don't like to call it stepping). But I think this little project you guys have could be a lot bigger. What about a special custom built of stepmania with the theme built in and all the settings pre-configured? Hell, I'd be willing to mod the stepmania engine to record scores to a webserver... etc...

dore - Alright I'll open up DDREAM Studio and really listen to the weird 24th 48th part. Hell it might just be 32nds, I dunno. I'll also look at the weird 8th note ride part.

Yeah that I think may have fit better, but it still turned out really fun. It would have been harder for me to AAA though. >.<

EDIT: The 48ths are most definitely 48th notes. Since to do 48th with bass pedal, you'd need double kick, so 48ths in Oni 24ths in Heavy. Also, he is rolling in the beginning, but not in the middle. Lemme juts get those 8th notes fixed and I'll send it.

I just saw this pack and I love the idea. There are so many unoriginal packs lately that this is a very refreshing change. Plus, all of these files could later be used in the KB7 mode due to come out in a newer version of Stepmania. Props to all of you.

Also, in the middle it sounds more like he's playing two low toms, so its a jump instead of a single note. Acid Rain fixed version sent in.
