k. I have a epic as fuk file going into this thing. To be honest, I kind of sent the last file to you guys as a test cause I really didn't think you guys would be great judges. I was proven wrong, you guys aren't bad at all (well, I already knew about Kommi).


I am about a quarter of the way done it now.

Actually I have another file I want to make. It will be my first attempt at an X-mod file. hahahahahaha

Jump jump jump 3/5 : ok well it's better than before but still has some inconsistancies and errors here and there. the main chorus is still wrong from last time


now's da freakin time 3/5 : wow this is your best yet. although i do have some concerns. the beginning 24ths don't feel right (for the vocals or whatever you're trying to follow) also some parts you should be using more jumps. with some fixing this would be pretty fun. some parts were missing 24ths too


the navy song 3/5 : should have started at the beginning not randomly after a few measures. you're inconsistent with the jumps/hands and some parts needed better pitch relevancy. not a bad file however


that jay chou song 5/5 : haha wow interesting file. pitch relevancy on the first notes are a little wrong when coming down might want to check that. it's fine once the freezes start. some parts were missing a few arrows. rest was really fun some nice synching and awesome layering at the end.

the pitch relevancy seemed right to me but I'll go back and check over it and fix it...what parts were missing a few arrows? If you mean things that were outside of what I decided to layer then I'll go back and look over it but if it was stuff within what I layered then i have no idea hehe. just a random guess, is it the chorus where jay starts rapping under the singing

is it the part with the down hold and dumps on the right arrow

if it is then it's cause when i stepped that sound it felt weird in other measures and when i layered both it just seemed really awkward/gay

Now’s Da F***ing Time: ***1/2 Hmm, interesting and fun. What more can I say, other than you could have used some more jumps at times and I don’t know if this is pitch relevant or not but who cares about that stuff anyway.

Jumpx3: ** Ugh, that was really disappointing. I have no idea whatsoever if you’re layering the drums or vocals, and jump usage could have been a lot better. It’s only playable for the fact that I love the song.

The Navy Song: *** That was really hard, with all the jacks and whatnot. I can’t find anything wrong with the file really, but it’s just not all that fun. I agree with Kommi that the layering seemed somewhat inconsistent at times.

File quality has improved drastically over the past few days, I was pleasantly surprised to see nothing was really worthy of less than 2 stars.

Speaking of files, Kommi, wanna collab again?
