@Nightfire: Nothing was really accepted in Batch 3, so there's really nothing to update. Or are you talking about the BATCH 4 files, because I can update that right now.

@TDK: sure. Whoever gets it, send the link to the pack email.

@intensez: don't get me wrong, the file wasn't bad at all. I just wanted to say that there was potential for BPM changes and stops. Nothing is really required. A lot of people will probably like the file, but in the end, it's all a matter on personal preference.

As a note guys. I, personally, feel like I'm seeing way too many simple 8th note dumps. There's nothing wrong with them, but it's not too "cool" if the whole pack is filled with them. I think that people should start stepping songs that make for cooler and harder files.

I really don't want to waste next week whoring out 5 amazing files, guys. If some of you could make some "unique" stuff that stands out and is fun, it would be great.

I'm not saying oh all these files suck this pack will be a complete dump, but I'm just saying I want to see at least one file, that's well, pure awesome.

npv's right. Most of the submitted stuff is generic 8th note runs with 16ths sprinkled throughout. Not very fun to see 25+ files filled with them.

Sent Half Symphony, which is pretty cool and is easier than All of the World.

oops. lemme post a review brb. on a scale from 1-5, 4 being accepted with probably minor changes.


Coolboyrulez0 (geno's forest f-zero) - */5 quit out. you have absolutely no idea what you're doing with all those colored notes.

Robertsona (randomness reactor) - ***/5 cool concept, missing a few sounds and some parts are way too understepped. not sure i agree with your jumps neither. decent though but not enough to be accepted.

Robertsona (blood and black chocolate) - **/5 missing a lot of sounds didn't follow the percussion right. didn't feel that fun neither.

Intensez (1989) - ***/5 actually this is pretty accurate besides a few issues here and there. jumpstreams sucked though the patterns weren't fun. some triples were probably too much and could've been jumps also

Intensez (Clear or whatever) - **/5 well you had the piano layered right. the colored notes were a little off (you were only using triplets for some parts that were 64ths). song doesnt generate interesting steps anyway. You've become alot better judging by your previous files though good job.

dore (incorporation) - ***/5 Didn't agree with your use of freezes since you used them for some notes but not for others which were exactly the same. also jacks were gay. rest was fine

npv (lunatic princess) - ***/5 all the freezes in the first stream shouldn't even be there and i dont agree much with your layering during the long freezes part (perhaps get rid of some triples? feels like too much). also i dont like how the song just cuts it doesn't sound very good. at least make it fade out. also jumpstream patterns were horrible.

enr (hits you like thunder) - ***/5 song is awesome and can deliver really good steps. however you didnt get the beginning sounds right (some were missing or misstepped) at one point i saw triples that weren't necessary. also at the very beginning they aren't 16ths they're either 8ths or 12ths (didnt bother to check) and the section after that i'm pretty sure they're 12ths but i could be wrong.

moches (all of the world) - **/5 isnt this released? oh well i'll judge anyway. Need to manage freezes better, quads werent necessary as well as some triples. the jump stream part in the middle shouldn't have any hands at all, even some jumps.

moches (half symphony) - ***/5 almost all the freezes were wrong, shouldn't have even used them at parts. some parts you stopped following the beat that you had been following before.

keep in mind i don't cut stuff

it's the way the song is. it's really a series of two songs, but i'm not going to bother stepping both since the second one would be way too hard (seriously) and the second half is the exactly same as the second half of this one.
