Replace Simfile Area with Video Area

I really like flypies idea.

The simfile section really needs to be revamped. Why not revamp it so that it can have videos uploaded to it! It's a win win situation.

Oh, and yes, fix the Image Gallery.

I'd say it be a way to bring in new people to the site, maybe find some more people who can create things for R2. With my previous suggestion that is. Just hire like 5 people to check all the simfiles and maybe give them a review before they put them up. I think it'd be WAY more constructive than a video section.
