Has nobody figured out how to get velocity to load songs on Mac? I'd really like to be able to play velocity standalone. I can't even read the arrows well on any of the others.

I'll second this request. Is there some other browser that one needs to be logged in to FFR on? I've even tried IE through WINE; no dice.
I ran into this problem myself when I was seeing if I could play a song or two on one of my school's computers that use a mac.
The standalone... simply just doesn't want to load the song at all. It looks like it loads it, but once it starts, it ends it as if there was no chart at all in what it just loaded.
The only way I saw to get around it was actually use the browser. Surprisingly, there didn't seem to be any performance or skipping issues when I was testing the game on the school's Mac machines.

Yeah, it seems like alot of mac users are having the same problem with the velo engine standalone. iirc, it's also the only one that lets you log in without IE (but I could be mistaken), so standalone for many mac users is a no-go right now.
We need a dev that can focus on working out engine bugs on a mac... Velo has said in the past there is only so much he can do to sort out the issues when it comes to macs, because he himself doesn't have one and can't test it..
