This is a global website, so I see no problems with two or more people speaking in a foreign language just as long as they understand each other.

Rules should be looked at/updated.

Truely, wrong. This is basically stating this is a closed community, that people are not ubiquitous in a sense that they have the freedom of speech. Close of the global community to a small share of Americans, bravo.

Rather than making a huge fuss about the ban, why don't you talk to the person who issued it and try coming to an understanding? Moderators and administrators are human, contrary to popular belief.

It doesn't matter how it was pre-crash; there were still people who would be willing to help you out amongst the large staff team -- you shouldn't be changing your attitude on approaching people based off of the person themselves. If you receive an unfavorable result from someone, talk to someone else. Move up the chain until you find someone that can help you.

TC: EVERYONE was abusive pre-crash. I would move up the chain to someone more abusive. I would of hoped it is different now but seeing the best new mod just give me a really bad-reasoned 1 hour ban. I dont know.
