Almost 600 mil and 1 AAA...

It's Excite bike lolz. Does the timing come naturally to you guys that can AAA most every song? I can pass most songs 10-11 without mashing easily, even full combo most of them, but it's rare when I have a blackflag (if ever) and even an SDG. I've been playing for 3+ years on and off, and I can't seem to AAA anything!

I play zx ./ spread, and my PA seems decent (don't look at most of the recent songs, been going for skill tokens, I'll play some serious ones later if you'd like to criticize). I'm just wondering if I'm bad for this point of play, or if it'll never get better, or if this is normal?

Just wondering, because it's honestly annoying never being able to AAA anything when I can full combo most songs. ;\

I wouldn't say it's normal, but there are people who are better at speed than accuracy. For me, playing on and off would worsen my speed, not my PA. I'd recommend playing some Stepmania to improve your PA.

well kid...ive gotten about 60 -70 of my AAA's in the past 2 weeks...ive been here since 03. you're not the only one that has bad AAA experiences...it'll come to you.. maybe

Based off everything you said, just play more, your PA and various other areas will improve.

I get over 100mil per day (if I play that is), pretty much every 5-6 days I've played as much as you have in 3.5 years x_x

i rarely play ffr or sm now a days but when i do i am still just as good (well not in sm my MA went down)

I lose my PA if i play off and on my speed will always suck

So if you need PA help i suggest SM a lot a lot a lot of SM

ding ding ding! No wonder you can't AAA, even for pro's, to get a decent AAA ratio, you need to have at least played more than 3 hours in a shot one day in your life, I mean, if you've never played more than an hour in one go and play on and off for years, then I'm surprised you can FC VC songs

Try playing more for a longer time in one go instead of a little time every day, or a little time every year...also, stepmania FTW!!

Don't get discouraged. About 6 months ago I couldn't AAA 3's and 4's. I could still FC all FMO's and some FGO's. It's all about practice. Improve your technique and increase your arrow speed. It's made all the difference to me and I can AAA VC's now.

you'll get better, you just have to practice alot more. try changing your speed or something that might help. before summer started this year maybe early june i only had 100 or so public AAA's, and thats when i had 6k game plays and only played casually. now i have 10k games and 300 public AAA's. the key is practice, and lots of it. play stepmania if you are really serious about getting better because ive heard it helps. i havent done it cause i dont care that much haha.
