yeah you just have to play more frequently and really get into it. I personally don't play sm at all and I'm doing pretty well for myself.

I found that Stepmania can be helpful for pa. It gave me some boosts from time to time, so far 0.42 years and im low sdg'ing fmo's, id say thats not that bad. Also, what everyone else has said, Practice.

since drummers are reporting in i guess ill report in too , drumming ftw. anyways never give up dude, it takes a lot of practice to get better so just stick with it.

I never really played the game in order to get perfect scores or full combos, although it's nice when you do so. Only recently have I started to go back to songs I haven't played and play through them and see how many perfects etc and try and beat my old scores.

Having been mostly an arcade DDR player, FFR pretty much was just when I was bored and didn't feel like driving to the arcade....lol

Anyway the answer to your question is they practice, and they practice a lot. The goal for them is not to get through songs and just enjoy the music, the point is to get perfect scores and that's what they strive to do so that's reflected in practice.

But for me, I actually do a lot better with several songs with the music off...because the step files are not all quite in sync. I find a lot of lag with some songs and it makes getting perfects a PITA and that is one of the big reasons I've never tried to be a PA whore.

I guarantee if you played for at least an hour straight and played the same song over and over and over you could get a AAA. Start on the easy dance ones.....although I wouldn't recommend trying to AAA any of the Synthlight files at this point.

NOT TRUE, i played activity unbroken (level 2) yesterday for 2 hours striaght and didnt get more than a blackflag (no exxageration)

You need to get at least 2 billion points before you start worrying about your PA being suckish.

What OS do you have? If you answered vista, that's why you can't PA! What I AAA on XP I get 50 on on Vista.

If you play hard songs, your PA will naturally get better because you have to have some degree of accuracy to FC 9+s.
