Long nails = scraping of keys. Sometimes my fingers slip off the key and I hit a miss, or I mistime it because I don't push the key down in time.

Short nails are good.

p.s. You guys are bad at cutting nails if it hurts.

i get it as close as i can and pretty much never let them get long. ever. when i jack sometimes it hurts because my nails are too short. =p

Ever heard of clipping your nails in a hurry, in the dark? You end up jamming the clipper under the nail and clipping it then you realize oh **** there's blood on my keyboard.
