I'm assuming the red arrows means the rank has decreased; green means the rank has increased, and the blue line would mean that it didn't change?

It's just to note that you were ranked X last time, and to get to Y (current rank) you either went up, down or stayed the same.

I.E. Shash was first, and still is, hence the blue line.

Why not combine them into one list now that subscriber songs don't affect average rank anymore?

getting really close to breaking under 1.04 finally...all I have to do is hold my current 9-ranks down for a while, or improve it to 8-ranks down.
