Greetings! Welcome to the now-official Average Rank thread. With the permission of Tasselfoot himself, I am creating a thread that will be updated weekly. Every Wednesday, expect to see your name move up in the lists. Please post in this thread if you feel you have the Average Rank to make it onto the list. I will simply verify that you, in fact, do have the Average Rank to make it onto the list by looking at your levelrank.php.
For the sake of the size of the list, we'll begin with the minimum being 100. If and when the list expands to include many players, I will reduce the minimum.
As a little incentive, I will double-asterisk (**) the person who has improved their average rank the most that week, and that person will receive 750 credits personally from me. This may seem unfair because many people have higher Average Ranks, but eventually they'll all be down there in the teens, with just as much trouble as the rest of you. This "Credit Transfer" will occur one day following update day. This is to give a chance to those who just haven't had the time to play every song yet.

- (03/16/2007) Thanks to a terrific update by the great Lightdarkness, non-subscribers' levelranks will NO LONGER be affected by subscriber songs. Thanks, lightdarkness!
- (04/22/2007) I changed the update day from Saturday to Wednesday. This should give some more time for people who don't have time during the weekend to play the SotW's. I'll update now (Sunday), but expect the next one to come next Wednesday, April 25th, along with the 750 credits to the one who improved the most.

Please remember this thread is in its early stages. The lists are currently quite small, but
will expand as time passes. I don't want to add inactive members to the list, so only post if you plan on playing regularly to keep your Average Rank down.
Also note that if you subscribe to this wonderful game, you get tons of features (from testing new content to having an entire forum just for you). This helps with keeping the game free, and gives you an opportunity to join the community pretty quickly. In addition, when you subscribe you receive new songs way earlier than non-subscribers.
Finally, don't postwhore up this thread. Tass will become an unhappy mod if you do.
