    1 hand? or 2?

Okay well ive been playin ffr for about 7 or 8 months now and im wondeirng if the best players use 1 hand or 2?

I can sight read all the stuff thats coming but playing with one hand i just cant hit them fast enough...not even close like the ones that go up Right down left up ect. over and over again really fast...

I can do them with 2 hands easy but i suck with 2 hands for the most part...like getting perfects and crap

Best players play with two hands.

Nothing on FFR is impossible to play with one hand, and only select few aren't full combo'able.

Just takes a lot of practice.

i play with one hand. ive tried 2 hands, but im always getting mixed up with the arrows. it gets pretty confusing for some songs. so i just stick with one hand. the only problem is, like you said, that i cant hit them fast enough.

You can, it just takes a lot of practice. I can pass and get a decently high combo on every song, and I'm not even one of the best 1-handers out there.

I think typically the higher mp level or skill level players use two hands. Common two hand setups include 2hand-4finger, 2hand-2finger, and 2hand-3finger.

ive full comboed just about every song there is to full combo in FFR, 2 handed 4 finger is the way to go, it takes about a month to learn it though, dont expect to be able to do it overnight, but once you learn it, youll be able to do songs you never even thought were possible....and you wont be button mashing either lol, 0 boos

two hand is by far the easiest way to play. but like darkshark said it takes a while to learn to use two hands...practice it gets easy with time

I started playing with one hand and got pissed becuase I was getting better only a tiny tiny bit at a time, but once I switched to 2 hands I gained experience like it was my job. Although I think the best players play spread, which eliminates thoughs akwards steps which sometimes cause your fingers to touch and miss the beat

Can someone please clarify the positions of the fingers? I think I'm a bit confused with the terminology.

I play 2 handed, which my friend thinks is cheating. I told him he's going nowhere fast.
