There will be speed mods. I got this list right off of Wikipedia:
* New interface
* Speed Mods
* Skin Changes
* BPM change support
Plus, it said that is will replace r1. Anyway, let's start guessing about when 3rd style will come out, to make this a little less pointless. I think it will be May 26th.

Talisman (i believe) changed it in accordance with the news post Synth made a while back (the one where April 31 was named as release date).

Completely understandable.

I thought about editting it to say April 31st, and make a note there that the date doesn't exactly exist and was likely a typo, but I decided against it.

QUESTION: Will 3rd Style be like R1, only with the extra fancy features? Or will it be another clone of SM like R2 was?

3rd Style WILL BE R1. We are in 2nd Style. That is also R1. 1st Style is gone. That was R1 as well.

Also, Afrobean, I think you doubt Synthlight's ability to actually be humorous. It likely wasn't a typo. Apparently, some people were stupid enough to take it seriously, though.

I'm sorry if I sound a bit hostile, but I'm a bit fed up with everybody's ignorance. It seems I'm the one of very few that know how to set things straight =/

okay, in R2 you could press an arrow anytime w/out anything really happening, in R1 that kills your combo+score (well, hurts the score), what about 3rd style?

3rd Style WILL BE R1. We are in 2nd Style. That is also R1. 1st Style is gone. That was R1 as well.

Actually, the first FFR was not R1. R1 means Remix1 (only called that because there is a R2). The original is simply- the original. It was redone (assumingly from the ground up), and that's why it's called Remix. That's the version we're on right now.

Also, I'm sure that 3rd Style will keep all FFR features such as boos and combo scoring.

...I'm pretty sure it was a typo, as synth made the post about feeling bad about not releasing etc. It WAS meant to be released in April, anyway.
