Things have been pretty, well non existent here on FFR for the last year+ so I figure people are dying to have something to do and possibly get their skill back on track. Thus I present:
MetalAtlas' Back To Basics Tourney!
Songs for Divisions:

Rules:So, first off lets start with the rules. There will be 5 or 6 divisions depending on the number of entrants. I know most of us will be rusty on our skills so please feel free to place yourselves. Also, I don't mind if you want to participate in more then one division, so you can feel your way around.
Round 4 ends November 8th at 11:59 EST
The Basics:This tourney will get back to the roots of FFR. I myself, tend to prefer PA as opposed to FCing, so this tourney will be based off of RAW score. Its simple as, play, submit, play... etc. I think y'all get the point.
Submitting a score:Ah, I remember when noone knew how to do this, but for the few of us that still don't, this is how we do it:
Step 1: Play you're assigned song.
Step 2: After completing sed song, find the "Print Screen" button on your computer and press it.
Step 3: Open up Paint and go to Edit, Paste.
Step 4: Save you're new file and upload to a photo hosting friendly site, such as Imageshack or Photobucket.
Step 5: Copy the [IMG] code onto this forum and voila:
Prizes! So I'm not sure if you guys are really interested in winning anything, oh who am I kidding, of course you are! Anyways, All I have is credits, that I don't really care about so I'll be kicking in 88000. An donations are welcome.

Eliminations!
Soooo.... Eliminations are going to be fun and unique this time around! Instead of competing against everyone at once, you will be competing against the people in your group! Everyone in a division will be seperated into 3 or 4 groups. Everyone will play the same song, but you're only worried about beating whose in your group. Whoevers beneeath the elim line drops and then in the next round, groups are remade. Rinse, repeat. Last man standing wins the prize.
Tournament Will be 4 rounds- if you dont submit, you will automatically be elimed. For those who are still double placed, you only win prizes for the highest division.
