Since I posted that so many people have IMed me or posted that they are leaving. Why? I'm not the heart of this team you guys are. The reason this team is great is because of all of you. I merely gave us a name and started gathering some people up but you guys are the ones that made it what it is not me. And think about it was there ever really a "leader" I've always had it to where this team had say in everything that went on. You're all leaders of this team. If you guys really want to break it up just because I'm not the "leader" anymore well that's just kinda sad considering how much time we've all spent together. I started this in July of 09 and a lot of you have been around since that time or close to it. There's no reason for that to change just because I'm not "leading"

That's pretty much my point. But it looks like people from here are already starting to try to go to td so whatever. I worked hard on getting the team going and figured by now they could function fine without me as their "leader" but I guess I was wrong. I hate to see the thing that I put so much time into die but it seems it's inevitable at this point.

Should just not focus so much on everything. Keep it simple and streamlined. Good friends, friendly competition and that's all you need.
