i only brought this forum back up because i noticed that lots of people live in the tristata area and holding a convention somewhere in that area would make many FFR members and SM players very very happy

I'm in favor of new jersey or new york not so much pa its harder for me to get there over here to get to nyc just hope a train for a buck 50 so regardless whichever works PLEASEEEE lol

I think we should make this bigger than just NJ though (even though I live there :]). We should make it in an area where all members who live in the Tri-State could attend. This is why NYC should be a huge consideration. NJ and Pennsylvania all have easy access there. Subways are only $7 for a full day pass. This opens up a huge opportunity of gathering in a public place.

If I were to hold this convention (I'm going to really consider it), I'd probably do it on a weekend, sometime in July or the first week of August (I'm going to Taiwan starting the second week so I won't be in the US).

If the NYC idea fails, I'd say we could meet at an amusement park (PA has a ton, all are pretty close), or the beach. There isn't much else to do unless you guys want to go to museums or something. Lmfao. FFR players in museums. xD

Depending on where/when it I would definitely go. Jay I'll pick you up if it's not in nyc...if it is...i'm just taking metro north down; much cheaper than gas atm lol.
