because that is the number that we randomly and arbitrarily chose. has nothing to do with setting a manageable limit for us to test or a limit in terms of number of potential files to accept in the first place.

Sim submissions, in general, will (hopefully) never close ever. Maybe for this version...

Not permanently, it will be closed until the queue gets almost empty.

Im thinking of making some V2 Simfiles
Are they allowed, because I have noticed that most v2's nowadays go into the skill token genre, and there are alot of skill tokens..

v2s are usually allowed as long as the original NEEDS a v2 and the v2 is very different than the original.
