PR is public relations. It means how well the notes relate to the people playing the file

It is kind of bull shit I lose an automatic point because of your judging prefrences, and I lose a point for climaxing the ending.
fyi: I mentioned difficulty twice in the notes, once for the ending, and once overall -- there's a difference between having a single difficulty spike and then having wavering difficulty all over the place. Your chart starts with a huge mess of 8th jumps at 240, then very little layering, then standard layering, then almost nothing, then a ridiculous jumpstream run where the running stream itself is 16 taps a second, not including the increase in jump density.

I'm sorry that you don't agree with my notes, but it's not like I bombed you -- I even told you what each of the deductions were to prove that I at least had reasoning of it. Honestly, in most other situations, I would have taken off two points for what you did at the ending, because you had an unnecessary color change, and you technically broke the sync too. There's a number of things I could have kept taking off for, like an extreme repetition in jump patterning when you could have accented something different (like using straight jumps but using PR to accent Miku), or how you had a ton of missed percussion sounds in the section afterward, but I didn't do that.

I'm pretty sure 7.5/7.5/8/1 is grounds for a rejudge, and I'm sure that 7.5/7.5/8/4 is grounds for a rejudge considering both files have proper sync and consistent structure.

I'm also pretty certain that a re-judge wouldn't be necessary for Middie considering I gave him reasoning behind each deduction, instead of you know, just being like "lol you're terrible [1/10]".

EDIT: I would like to add that with a 6/6/8/7.5, there's only two points of variance between the highest and lowest judge, and two different judges gave him the same score, so yeah. Any combination of three scores would have a variance of at least 1.5, so it's not like Middie's scores are ridiculously inconsistent.

you never even asked me for reasoning

asking to re-judge is basically saying me judging is worthless

I gave a 1 for a reason, not because I'm a dick. I felt like the file in question wasn't fit to be in game, and needed an overhaul. Instead of going "waaah file rejected REJUDGE" consider the fact that maybe it does need fixes and that you're not always right.

we have multiple judges for a reason.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Batch #1 complete)

If I was saying you judging is worthless, I would say that all of your ratings should be nullified. That's obviously not my intent. Yes, I want my rating from you nullified, because I strongly feel like it's unjust. I'm not always right, but considering how many batches I've judged (and judged with a lot of scrutiny/detail), I'm fairly certain that other judges would actually assess the file and give it a legitimate rating.

The 1 rating is completely ridiculous under any stretch of the imagination because as I've said before, it's appropriately synced, has a proper offset, and has a legitimate structure.

What exactly is so wrong with the file aside from the two mis-rhythm instances of the right hand piano in the first 10 stepped seconds of the file?

As far as the other file, I don't mind about a rejudge nearly as much about that because the rating doesn't as ridiculous of a variance (four points), but your review was absolutely terrible. If there's not a single jump in the file, it's pretty obvious that I was trying to avoid them. The color usage is clearly for different rapping voices. Everything is explicitly laid out in a way that should be understandable, yet I'm getting bombed for absolutely no reason.

These are reasons why I really strongly disagree with semi-detailed notes not being required for judgment, honestly.

EDIT: Kommi and I are going to talk in private about this -- drama stops here; heated discussion over, bye
