Was it actually missed or is it a passed file? If it's the latter, then just wait as these passed files are being reviewed.

Well that's a passed file.

According to the OP of the thread:

[!] The judge did not play the file for some reason, such as blatantly obvious permission issues (like anyone submitting a Led Zepplin file, for example), technical problems, or multiple difficulties in the file.

Alternatively, you may see it as [PASS], which means the same thing as [!].
