Same reason as his. Gives judges a break, and gives time off for people to step.

I believe it's because judges want to give some time for the queues to empty themselves a bit. And also because they don't like judging that much. :3

Reason being there's something -different- that'll likely happen for the next little while. I can't verify the details though. It has nothing to do with "giving us a break" - although I guess you can see it that way too.

After this batch we'll have 60-70 files in the queue, and we don't need files for a while.

Instead, "new artist's song", "easy file", "hard file" special batches will be open instead when they are required.

For special batches, the judgement system will be similar to the current one, just song choices or difficulties will be limited.
