submissions vs files

Nah, I mean, if someone submits a file that's (say) ichliebekase & krunkykai22, it's 1 submission and 1 file, although they would each get only half credit (so that the total credit is 1). The total amount of credit should be the same as any other file, but with a collab we split it between two people. Saying half a submission doesn't even really make sense to me. In fact I wouldn't say there's any difference between submissions and files unless you are counting several files sent by the same person as one submission.

Batch pics, 128 files total (2 are condoct files from spam folder)
Haven't done submission cap check, submission error check, etc yet.
