I'm pretty sure they have a lot of shit going on right now. They'll let ya know what's up though I'm sure of that.

I've heard they were moving, and so if it's a situation beyond their control, I'll release the notes once I'm finished.

I need someone to confirm this though.

To be honest, I can't see the problem with releasing finished notes before all notes are submitted. Like I said, just release the acceptance stuff later.

To be honest, I can't see the problem with releasing finished notes before all notes are submitted. Like I said, just release the acceptance stuff later.

The main reason is that it would likely influence unfinished reviewers if they see their peers reviewing files at a lower or higher grade. It's to reduce that sort of bias.

Yeah, the situation with their moving has had them up in arms for a while now. As I said before, I'm pretty sure they'll let everyone know what's going on soon enough. We just saw them last week (hotel party rofl) so that's how we know some stuff xD
