Would it be reasonable to set a cap (perhaps a percentage) of the number of accepted files per batch so that there won't be an inflated amount of files in queue?

Neither do I. The files being released at this rate isn't too bad (in all honesty I wish more files were released more often). I'm just offering a suggestion for those that express support on controlling the amount of files in the queue.

maybe xD, i rly like the amount of files that are being released (guess about 16 + per month) , thus im always happy in playing them , since "almost" every single file here is pretty epic.

yes, there was a high acceptance rate this time around, but i still think it's unfair to just throw out the rest of the borderline files without a second look. as been said eariler, if it's a good file....

Correct. Resubmissions from the regular batch will not apply to the hard batch.

There's a fair amount of 13's that got 5/5/3 hahaha including my own.

But I noticed, since there are only 4 12's, would it really hurt to only vote on those as conditionals?
