        Three things:

Dossar do you know if I ever after sept. 14th sent a fix for They Kidnapped The Princess? I recall doing fixes, but I have no idea if I ever sent them.

        Though judging from this:

I probably didn't? (Not saying you guys lost it, no no no no, just wanna be sure in it for myself that I'm reading this all right. )

Only asking because I do keep folders of what I've subbed when I subbed 'em ect but FOR SOME REASON the folder for conditional queue files isn't dated. (Because Nightfall is in this folder, it means I probably messed up somewhere.)

Also, I'm HYPE for Halogen to get Nightfall for a rejudge. That makes me super happy.

Also I just realized how NICE this whole new system is I can find notes and stuff so easily! Holy shit.

PS: Totes missed the Freedom Dive V2 set and rushy saying it was a remix. That was funni.

          @XelNya:

Jan 2, 2015 at 7:15 PM there was an email you sent before the file was judged. However, I didn't find any sent updates for They Kidnapped The Princess.

Sweet deal, thanks a bunch for double checking.

Edit: Actually as I'm trying to sort through the files I want to send, do I need to create the page in the BSE AND send it or just send it? /wanna make really sure I'm creating as little problems for you guys as possible as new system is new and I'm dumb as a brick about stuff like this

had to dig for the original e-mail to send stuff to as well, it's not in the other threads anymore if it needs to be

The emails below are also mentioned in the Queue/Batch Thread. It is your responsibility to send to the correct email.

[email protected] is used for rating appeals and fixes for files that are in conditional queue or accepted. Stepartists are required to mention the fixes they made in the email (a text file can be attached for detailing the changes made if necessary).

[email protected] is used for a file submission to an open regular batch.
Also, you should have a user account already for the BSE site (check your PMs to see if you have the information). The User Manual Provides instructions on how to add songs, although I should note it won't appear on the site until an admin approves it.

Hey I sent Fixes for ''concussive'' which should be in the conditional queue,

Also I sent 2 files for the January/february 2016 batch, but I think I sent the final fixes to the wrong e-mail :/. Can you you confirm whether this is true or false? The names were ''we won't be alone'' and ''pear.''I updated them on the BSE site for sure.

                Also:

Will the batches in the future be on the Batch Engine?

I'll be gone for the rest of today and tomorrow. Monday night I can get back to you on this.

I will say that your changes for Concussive were received, although it hasn't been updated on the BSE site. I believe the date it was sent was June 27th?

Recently submitted a collab file with Charmoeleon; we sent to the submission to the submission email and created a Song record on the BSE site. Below is the song information

Title: Waiting For You (feat. Joanna Jones)
                      Artist: Unlike Pluto

Just wanted to check that everything was received and that everything we need to do at the moment on our end is complete.

so i finally sent fixes to the 3 files i have in cq, glad to be done w them because i actually hate the files now lol

for the star hill, the file crashes my 3.95 in gameplay mode but opens fine in ddream as well as the builtin editor. let me know if you encounter any issues with the file while reviewing it - i think it might have something to do with all the bpm changes

Okay so this is a question for admins:
So basically the file I sent (OmochiMochip Pe-ta-ta-Turn) was basically the last 2 minutes of the song and I have now completed a second file with the first minute of that same song (which is much, much less difficult). I've seen this done on FFR before; can I have my first file of the second part of the song be [Heavy], and submit the second file of the first part of the song as [Light]?

That seems more like a version 1 and version 2 sort of deal as opposed to the same mp3 of different difficulties.

Even that's not set in stone, as "version" was typically used to denote takes of songs done by different stepartists. Part (number) initially seems like a good idea at a glance, until you think about the fact that the total length of the songs is relatively short in their own right.

Seems like something that might have to be checked case-by-case.

EDIT: What exactly prohibits those pieces of the song being put together in a single audio file? The length between the two submissions seems more than reasonable for a single track.
