Whats the weirdest way you have ever hurt yourself?

Whats the oddest thing that has happened to you that caused you extreme pain or even death (hey just because your dead dosn't mean you cant type. Im sick and tired of zombie raceists)

for me it was when i was standing under a basketball hoop the ball bounced off the rim and knocked the babckboard onto my head. Ouch!

And I slam my head against my dad's van's rearview mirror because I was looking down.

i was rollerblading and one of my wheels got stuck in a huge crack in the pavement; i fell on my arm and broke my radius and ulna

I was eating a hot dog, no bun, with a fork. I put the fork into the hot dog and hot juices squirted out of the hot dog and into my eye. I couldn't see out of that eye for about 5 minutes.

Was trying to cut into the container (plastic dome) for one of those toys you get in the vending machines outside a grocery store. Anyway, I was holding it steady on the table and trying to cut down one side with an x-acto knife and I sure did! Right into my thumb.. Went all the way (almost 50%) into my thumb.


I also had 1 plastic baggy full of musket grade gun powder.. This stuff burns fast, hot, and creates an enormous amount of heat and smoke. Don't ask me how I got it, that part is a secret.
I was doing "experiments" with it on my desk (age 12). Making small rockets and other things that junior high students do. I made a "micro-rocket" about a quarter inch tall. Lit it with the heat of a match and it flew from my desk up onto the bookcase and into an open bag of about 2 pounds of this gun powder.

BBOOOOOOOMMMM!!!! The only way to explain it would be for me to say it was like being in hell.. It burned all my books, melted the curtains. Took off about 3 inches of hairline leaving no hair on the front of my face at all. Second degree burns everywhere (pretty much) from my neck up. My eyes were instantly dried out which meant I couldn't see and was in extreme pain.

yet... I managed to get to the sink in our house and wrap a wet towel around my head and think to myself "Holy shit am I in trouble".

The fire department came and the police etc..etc.. There was massive smoke billowing out of our house because of the gun powder. They had to cut my shirt off and rush me to the hospital. At the time the doctors said they didnt know if I was going to be blind.. I had complete darkness for about 2 days and they were pumping in morphine for the first day *llaahahaallhaaa drool*. Luckily I did have sight but had EXTREME sensitivity to light for the next 2 months. Had to wear sunglasses in school.

I fully recovered. Even my eyesight went back to 20.. hairline went back to normal. It was an amazing recovery due mostly to youth.

I learned my lesson.. Next time I locked the gunpowder in a chest when I was burning things inside.. lol

Hmmm...

I used to go to my friends house afterschool and skateboard. He lived on this fairly steep hill. We used to land lunge down it, but one day we decided to skateboard down it. I was using my friends board which had very loose trucks. At about maybe 15 miles per hour the board became really unstable. I jumped off and started running like ultra fast..my legs couldnt keep up, but I managed to slow myself to a speed I could keep up with. I thought "Damn, that was close. I could have really been hurt." Wrong.

The board (that I had jumped off) veered right under my left foot. I did a sort of 180 backflip as I lauched the board from under my feet at about 40 miles per hour. Landed start on my chin breaking the buckle off of my helmet sending it flying off my head. I also had landed on my right wrist.

I got up, walked back to my friends house, sat down, and drank some water. The only injuries I got from that fall was a little scrape on my wrist and a few bruises under my chin. But damn did that hurt.

In second grade I stuck my fingers on the prongs of a huge battery (like a D battery or something...) and it left a huge indentation on my finger. I hurt like heck for about 3 days and the scar was there for about 2 years .

i wouldnt say its weird but i did tear my acl playing soccer and got an infection after the sugery; the doc told me the chances o getting an infection were 1 in a million;

Well, on time I broke my arm when i jumped off of our sofa in the living room. Another time, when I was younger and small, my brother lifed me over his head and threw me down on the couch(playfully, we wrestled around) and I brok my arm. Another time I was in a tree house, I jumped out to grab onto a branch and it broke... broken ankle. One other time, I wanted to eat some ice cream but I couldn't reach the top of the freezer (I was still small),, so i jumped and reached for it but I accidently pulled down a plate from the top of the freezer and it hit my square between the eyes. I guess there is a vessle or somthing there beacause blood shot like 2 feet,, like in a stream. Everyone was freaking out, but I wasn't even hurt. Bah,,, there are others... many other. But I won't bother with those.

One time when I was little I was riding my bike up and down a hill. Then I guess I messed up while peddling and woke up to days later in the hospital. When I got home they showed me my helmet. It was in two pieces.
