To get better - play more songs (really, the more you play the better you'll get)
An AAA is when you get all perfects on a song with a full combo. That is all perfects with no goods, boos, misses, etc.

Welcome to FFR!
Play 'spread' style to get good.
That is, go to settings on the FFR game screen and go map your keys so you can use two hands while you play. For examples, you could assign the letters a, s, k, l for your index and middle fingers on each hand. Practice with that and you'll get good. If you're just starting, I wouldn't worry about it too much right now, just have fun.
Also, the AAA question has been answered twice. XD All perfects, all combo, etc etc.Comment

Well i think you should play every day [if you have time] and try to analyze the timing of perfect.. of course start at easiest song
that way, you might AAA a song~
