    double posting

shows stupidity of not being able to locate the edit button when you really need to use it

Double posting is what some people do when they want to reply to several different people. Else, they do it because they forgot something and felt the need to add it in. This is the annoying one.

The proper protocol is just to indicate to whom you are speaking when you switch your conversation over to someone else. If you missed something in your first post, you have about 90 seconds to edit it without the "edited" tag showing up on the bottom of your post, thus making it appear that you got it right on your first try.

Only way you're allowed to double, triple, or even make 10 posts in a row in is, The Warewolf Game, since the rule is, no editing.

Then the thread is bumped (indicating new discussion) and my two separate ideas are, well, separate.
I delete my last post then make a new one to bump threads.

What I don't understand is why FFR doesn't simply merge double posts automatically.. There are plenty of forums that do.

Then we can't make fun of people who do it.
