Well, one handing isn't horrible, there are good players who do it, but it's FAR EASIER to learn how to play with two hands or spread or index, and there are certain patterns in certain songs which I'm pretty sure are insane to do with only one hand. Jumpstreams are going to be hell for you if you one-hand things.

EDIT: The one thing hard about learning two hands is that often your non-index fingers can be hard to work together correctly. You'll get more notes at first, but have less Perfects. You just have to develop stronger fingers.

Two hands tends to just feel unnatural to me and thats probably why its so hard for me to get into it.

I know what you mean. Some of the harder ones are hard for me to do because my hand will give out half way through :S

Well, don't laugh at me lol, cause I'm a hardcore newb. But, I was playing with just one hand until I read that it's sometimes easier with two, and I tried with two and thought it was uncomfortable. But at the same time i was trying to atleast FC "Spontaneous Hydroxide" (lol - beginnerrrrr :P) and I clearly wasn't getting anywhere with just one hand, and I started using the two hand method yesterday, and I FC'd it, I was all happy and stuff haha, I'm still trying for AAA.

Yeah, see? I think it's a lot better with two hands unless one of them is like mutated or something.

Trying using the left, down arrows on your keyboard and 6, 8 on the numpad.

lol yeah its not easy at all. i seem to always hit a few goods even when trying my hardest :/. ive gotten a little better at two hands but im still way better with one.
