It may be in an unusable picture format; try saving it as a .GIF or .PNG. Even then, the picture needs to be a specific size... preferably 100x100, but it can be bigger. Just not too big.

A monitor is the big bright screen in front of your eyes.

Please don't double/triple/quadruple post on the forums, even if you can't get on the chat this is not the chat, this is the forum and as such you have to abide by the forum rules, which includes not double posting.
