I think many of you took the word "atom" to literally. I think he was just explaining the workings of his universe system in a way that was easy to explain. String theory was devised in the exact same way, a thought in school by a wandering mind. Gabriele Veneziano's mind. Funny, his theory was at first thought of as a failure becuase it didn't explain the atomic nucleus. This theory is also very similar to the Ekpyrotic Scenario, how the thind implodes, and rebounds, recreating itself as a new big bang. Think of it this way, that "atom" can implode in the other dimensions, but remain relativly intact in our 3 dimensions, that is where the extra energy comes from. Anyways, while your theory may not plausable, keep at it. I recommend Popular Science, and Scientific American if you are interested in this kind of thing.Comment

Crissy, thingy, the theoretical reason that gravity is so much weaker than the other equivalent forces, like electromagnetic force, is that gravitons have to travel throught several (7, i believe) others dimensions, in addition to our 3. This makes for severe attrition of gravitational force...for simple proof of this, go to your fridge, yea, see the magnet? that little magnet defeated this entire planets gravitational force, and there isn't any reason gravity should be so weak. interesting, huh?Comment

By the way, I am a complete poser, and I like to fancy myself an astrophysicist. I know nothing, I spew out things I have read, in relative conversations, in an attempt to impress people I will never meet, and who's opinion I could really care less about. I am also modest.Comment
