It says you can't receive gift back from that person. I just came up with a way that I'd get it eventually, but it wouldn't really be that person giving me a gift.

I would take. Then it would be mine and i could do what I wanted with it. I could give to that one person and then have the chance of getting something in return, I could divide the money amongst others. I could use some for myself. Endless possibilities if you take the money.

Hepcat has a good point. If you give the money straight up, you wont get anything; however, if you take the money first, then give it, it will lead to the reception of some form of graditude.

Doug didn't beat the system, although it was Fing funny. LOL.

The fact is, you cannot, under any scenario, receive anything back from that person. That includes inheretence.

Your grandmother will either take it to the grave, like an Egyptian Pharoah; forget to write a will; or even just choose another decendant as an heir to her throne.
