Trust me, a friend of my dads became addicted to crack and within 5 years his heart stopped working almost completely, and he died in his 40's. Marijuana however is better for you than cigarettes. It doesn't cause lung cancer though it does still destroy the lungs because of the smoke, but it is for the most part not addictive (i've never heard of anyone addicted to marijuana), yet cigarettes are highly addictive and cause cancer. Did you know marijuana actually supresses the gene we believe to cause cancer?

Heh, I've also hear marajuana has every nutrient from anything we eat. It would be awesome to also use marajuana for clothing, because I heard it makes the durability waay better, your clothing could last 20 more years. (If only my socks were made out of it.) xD

That's my only problem with it too. Two of my best friends starting doing it recently, and they've changed a lot. I used to go over to their houses and play halo, ball tag, swim, etc. Now if I call them up to hang out, nothing sounds fun to them unless there's weed involved.

      "Hey, wanna do something tonight?"
      "You got bud?"
"No, we could find other stuff to do like usual… You know I don’t smoke."
"Meh.. it'll be too boring, I think I'm gonna go get high with my new friends."

I'm not against marijuana because of the physical damage, but because it gives a lot of people ego problems.

This kind of stuff annoys the hell out of me now. Every time I start a convo with one of my stoner friends, they have to say "omg dude.. i’m so fckin high right now you dont even kno...... omg....." Then they go on and on about how they have no idea what's going on and purposely make typos to show how very high they really are.

If certain people's whole personality didn't change, and they didn't have to continuously brag/tell me about being high, I would be fine with marijuana. But it does, so I’m glad that it’s illegal. Hopefully they’ll get caught and actually stop. Maybe then I’ll be cool enough for ‘em.

Hemp. It is used, but not widely.

Hey dhs1, the post was already adressed, a while back ago. But thanks for bringing it back up, I know that my post was incoherent and not needed.

What about those nefarious 12 year old BOYS, eh?

But really, I do think legalization of marijuana would be a good thing, if only because it might actually decrease the intense usage a bit. For the younger users, anyways.
Some kids blaze because they like the feeling they get from doing something illegal. Make it legal and - in a hypothetical scenario - the kids stop blazing.

          Maybe? Maybe not.
I agree about some sort of age limit. Though maybe not 21...
