I'm cosplaying (: and no you wont be a loser because thousands of people go to AN and the majority of them cosplay.
as for accomodations, i don't think so, we'll just see what happens i guess.

Considering. Low chance, but it all depends on what happens after my contract job is done (finishes before the convention begins).

Also, going to be pricey to fly down there...I'm nowhere near the East.
