Depending on my financial situation I would REALLY like to go. If things worked out, I'd be making the trip in one day (or leaving late one day to stop at Ian's (I Like It) house for the night since he's about 4 hours into the trip. Trip route if Ian is coming with me:
I'd possibly be willing to pick someone up, but it would have to be close enough to that route that we weren't adding too much extra time since (like I said) we'd be trying to make the whole trip in one day.

If you're attending the whole weekend, I'd say bring at least $200-300 to cover food expenses and any purchases (not including fees for hotel or transportation). Otherwise if you're only going for a day, I think you can manage with $100, maybe even less. If you don't feel safe carrying all that money around, just bring your debit/credit card since there are ATMs around con and a lot of vendors accept them. I'd avoid the ATM deal though because you're guaranteed to be stuck in a really long lineup, lol.
