The nominations are by the community... When the form is submitted if there's a new person nominated it goes up on that list.

Looking closer at the list, Halogen has been nominated for everything, so I assume someone just put him down for everything.

There are a few people that are on most of everything. I would guess that some of them voted for themselves everywhere.

There are a few people that are on most of everything. I would guess that some of them voted for themselves everywhere.

There were a couple people that just put one name straight down the list. If they did vote for themselves though it wont count.

III – You may only vote for one person in each of the categories. You must use the person's FFR username as your vote. If you vote for more than one person for a category, none of your votes in that category will be counted. You cannot vote for yourself in any category. You don't have to fill out every category if you don't want to.
