I have tentative nominations here in a notepad files for most of the categories. I don't plan on submitting them until around the deadline so if you guys want to be considered, try and change my mind ;D

As a suggestion, you should remove duplicates from the Nominee table. That way, we will have no idea who is in the lead :P

I don't think there are any duplicates, just misspellings. I guess that's a duplicate, but at most it only tells you someone has been voted for twice.

There are no duplicates. Just people spell them differently. I really am not going to make sure everyone's spelling is correct sry.

It probably would be more effective if the form included a drop-down list for some of the entries, such as 2011 songs.
