I only eat soft shell tacos and I roll them up like a burrito so that they don't make a mess.

I never eat tacos in the car though, and rarely eat in the car anyway haha

When I'm eating tacos I'm using ground beef, shredded cheese, onions, salsa, guacamole and some lettuce. And sometimes with some creme fraiche.
