An office building in Oslo, the capital of Norway, was bombed earlier today. Shortly after, a gunner, on an island approximately 25 miles away sprayed a group of youths with an automatic weapon at a summer camp. 80+ dead.

Breivik, arrested by police and charged with the shootings, was described as a 32-year-old member of the Free Masons and a right-wing extremist who hates Muslims. It remained unclear what he thought he could accomplish by gunning down Norwegian teenagers at the Labour Party’s summer camp, but some speculated the shootings were politically motivated. Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) reported that the gunman reportedly used both a rifle, a hand weapon and an automatic weapon. Police also found explosives on the island that hadn’t been detonated

Honestly, what has violence achieved in this world other than tragedy and discord? What an incomprehensible incident...I would love to find out the perpetrator's motivations, which seem to be the least understandable part of this.

That's messed up how he dressed as a policeman and went around shooting teenagers. Those kids are gonna be scarred for life. Hope Norway has the death penalty.

Sadly as far as I know, we don't. Maximum is 21 years....
