            Your best bet is to download GIMP. Not only for that level, but others too.

                iv just been using the search point in my toolbar to put down letters from what iv gotten, and i can get 2 words now but i still have a left over letter that makes no sense

                    You could actually do the entire level in notepad - but paint can also be used.

                        Alright, I'll try out paint (cuz I suck at GIMP). I still have no theories on how to proceed; I just don't want to go off in the complete opposite direction to begin with. Still super confused though =/

                            woker said to picture the columns as "scroll bars" - take advantage of that hint.

                                    Of course you're going to have some letters left over. From your rearrangements, try to look at what words you formed.

                                        ok im not even sure im on the right path anymore, and it doesnt help that my comp just randomly shut down with no explanation, its a laptop with full battery and was on the cable anyways...random shut down with no warning

                                                You don't have to use all the letters in 12.

                                                I've been stuck on 16 (google16.jpg) for a while, I have the co-ordinates and the clues and I tried putting the co-ordinates into google maps but I don't see/know where to look for, the username/pass. Help?

                                                        overheating would make some sense, this thing runs rediculously hot half the time, as for 12, i know i dont need all the letters, iv been running 2, 4 letter words for guesses (one user one pass) and im out of ideas as to how to get a second word, all i can make that really makes sense is a word from the colored letters

                                                            Freekilltwo: Download the program Core Temp. You'll get to see what your TJ Max temp cutoff is (usually like 100C) and where your current cores are.
