IMO it think it will be going like this:

People who ask for help should -really- name the title of the puzzle so that people won't have to dig through the levels again just to help them out...

The tip in the header is 'rearrange'. What kind of pattern is there that is not in order?

Like I said: writing down what you are getting out of this is important for visualizing as well as keeping track of your thoughts. I wouldn't have solved it otherwise. Also the colored letters are important to the final product
