Synthlight, I strongly suggest that you keep supporter status attainable. Maybe make a few different colors for variety, and have them all at a static price (month, 6 month, year). If you need any assistance with dealing with subscriber stuff, I'd be glad to help. PM me if you want.

just to throw in my two cents, I would not be in favor of giving all pre-death accounts subscriber/supporter status. I don't feel like it would accomplish much, and it could give new users a constant reason to question and gripe.

oh! I figure that it's pretty much on topic and that PMs are better left for more important matters: thanks for putting in the effort to get the site up and running, Synth. I'm still cloudy on the details with what happened with the whole staff, but hey, not my business. At some point in time (I mean the coloured names), you get real sick of all these colours (believe me). Of course, I think FFR is good at drawing lines.

Also, I agree with Danceguy117 when he says that creating those two status' wouldn't accomplish much. Synth, do you have a specific thing in mind for putting those in?

Why not give all those accounts a colored name and custom title and keep subscribers subscribers

A little thing like the FF(Reverse R) icon would be bad ass.

because it divides users into distinct (though overlapping) groups and leads to stupid **** like "WHY CANT I BE IN USERGROUP X" and "USERGROUP Y IS FULL OF SODOMY USERGROUP Z 4 LYFE ***** DAYUMMMMMMMMM"

I think getting crucial sections of the site working again takes priority over new development. If you want to brainstorm, that's fine, but realize that there are more important things going on at the moment. And as Synth said, the appropriate measures to offer help are to email your specific skill set and what projects you'd like to help with to ffrcontact at gmail dot com (I'm pretty sure that's the address, correct me if I'm wrong).

I wouldn't worry about that aspect of getting sidetracked. As Synth pointed out he's got a clear plan on what to do with obvious determination.

Reply to MrGiggles: I don't think there are too many people out there like that, and accept their place on E-society. Not like E-society determines society anyways.

I may never bring back supporter status or may make supporter status exclusive for all "Pre-FFR Death" accounts and normal status for all "Post-FFR Death 10/10/10".

What is going to be your approach to those who had paid time remaining when ffr died?
