I don't recall if I've ever felt this but I must have at some point to be able to accept the fact that my mom could go at any time (Lupus attacks primarily the Kidney's and Immune System) so virtually anything little cold or infection left untreated or gone unnoticed could be potentially fatal. We take precautions for this and if the time comes, that's that. It won't be for quite some time though thankfully, so I'm not worried.

Well that's good to hear. Sounds like you take good care of her. Still i would think that losing her would at least hurt somewhat when them time comes, which i hope isn't for quite some time as well.

I will use musical lyrics for my siggy.

Then again maybe you won't. your probably right other people have the same problems and thats life but there is no reason not to mourn those you have lost or may be losing.
        You're misunderstanding, I think.

It's not that I (we? I don't want to speak for Fallen or anything) think it's a pussy move or anything. It's not INTERNET TOUGH GUY syndrome. It's that I just can't bring myself to care. I don't have any rationalization for it, it's just the way I am I suppose.

I pretty much think this way. I see why someone could be sad, but I don't see why I should be sort of thing. I can't say it would be a waste of time or anything because I have nothing but time, and I can't say it would be pointless because someone will point out an obvious reason. I just can't find myself to relate. So in other words, it's pretty much not caring at this point.

But not caring at this point does not mean you wont care at some point. That is all i am saying. Im not saying there is anything wrong with your point of view on the matter either. you seem like 2 very strong individuals, but i have seen people i thought were far to strong to cry break down at points in their lives. I believe there is nothing wrong with that, and im glad you both don't go around bashing people who are having hard times like that. In fact i would hope that you would show support to people in time of need. You would right?

              Re: Kanye West

I see what you mean, but you may have had it wrong in previous posts. I have a pretty thick outer shell and bubble I keep myself in, not a whole lot tends to bother me or phase me, I propelled myself into this seclusive lifestyle years ago. I have cries, I'm not made of stone, but mainly due to some minor depression and over exhaustion stress, work, relationship related at some point or another.

I had one of those "Wow, [insert particular person's name here] is gone and I didn't really realize it until now" moments sometime ago concerning my Grandpa (mother's father) and realized he was gone waaaay too soon, he didn't live to see me turn 18 which really was unfortunate cause not too long after he passed I had my very first car and it would have been fun to pop in on him every so often. I also had a few chances to see him before he died but I had soccer tournaments at the time and was just starting my first relationship and blew it off until we got a call and heard he was dead. Imagine in all of this, I didn't really cry, I felt bummed out I couldn't make time to go down one last time, but that's the unfortunate disadvantage we have with sudden death.

Edit: As far as Kanye West's future death is concerned, I wouldn't give his death the time of day to throw some respect his way just because he's a dying human being. With the way he acts and the she he pulls and the **** he's planning to pull in the future, that's karma buddy. He's going to get what he deserve in due time.

Actually when i first heard the Kanye west thing karma was the first thing i said. It was a car crash it what i heard. So yeah instantly im like well karma caught up to him. Oh well still i would say rest in peace rather than **** kanye who cares. thats just me though. i dont want to force my opinions on anyone.

P.S. and as for the relationship problem thing i can relate to that. I have been going through a lot of relationship problems recently.

yeah it wasn't a good thread. there's really no point to it much anymore. he's not dead.

but then again, i'm just repeating what's been said.
