Did they ever call a balk? I would have to see film. I know a lot of pitchers get away with balks. Some umpires only require a half a second pause.

They didn't call him for one balk in the entire series. He balked on every pitch I saw him throw.

Yes, defiantly a balk. If his hands were still moving then it wouldn't be but if one stops the other has to stop. Both hands and feet have to be moving at the same time, and be set at the same time.

Phillies are going to have a tough time rallying against the Dodgers bullpen.

If we're up by 5 runs, we don't need to do any rallying. Your starting pitching is suspect. And even if we need to rally, I'll take my chances with the best offense in the National League.

Yeah...you're right. I haven't played for nearly 4 years. I was called for balk a few times, but it was because of my hands. Never with my feet.

i dont think the rockies are as good as teams like th yankees. but just look. they ALWAYS beat the phillies. ALWAYS. espicially this year

I wasn't going to bring attention to this but nobody else bothered to. The Phillies won the season series against the Rockies, 4-2. Over the last two seasons, the Philles are 9-2 against the Rockies. Even in 2007, the Rockies didn't dominate the Phillies. The Rockies were 4-3 against them that year, and rode a hot streak through them in the playoffs. If you want any proof that they were just hot at the right time, look at that season's World Series, where the flame died out and they were swept out by the Red Sox.

So yeah, over the last three years, the Rockies are 6-12 against the Phils in season play. What are you smoking?

Oh yeah, and the Phils beat the Yankees in their interleague series 2-1. But that was before the Phils' entire bullpen got hurt and before A-Rod came back so I don't think that's all that meaningful.

I got called a few times. I actually got called for a balk for receiving the signs from the catcher before I was on the rubber. My friend used to drop the ball on the mound like an idiot.

Also, I keep with the Dodgers vs. Yankees.
