i think xprymnt was halo 2, but idk ive only been keeping up with this since the beginning of last year.

He's defiantly been playing Halo 3. He was 11th at a tournament which meant he could have gone to Vegas causing his team to break up though, then some of his teammates left, and then some other drama occurred so I haven't seen him in about 2 months...wouldn't be surprised if he started playing avidly soon again though.

Took me 2 days to switch from Default to Bumper Jumper and I'm probably better than you. =]

Seriously, though, Needler is a garbage weapon...it's totally broken and nooby. You don't even have to aim, you just shoot and it homes on them...and while it can be easy to avoid when you see it coming, it's impossible to avoid it if you don't because you die half a second after you realize somebody's using it against you.

In halo 3, like 95%+ of 50s are legit because it's piss easy to get, a 25 in h2 could get a 50 in h3.

Sadly, even that doesn't make most of them legit. There was so much cheating in the beginning that at least 2/3 of the generals are cheaters, and even most who could otherwise get it want it faster, so they cheat instead. You should see the massive banning of generals that goes on.

Rank doesn't mean a single thing though, that's like trying to predict how good someone is at FFR based off how many games played they have on their account. Not sure why anyone would even care about rank -_________-;

As for level, it means more than rank, but it still doesn't mean much being it isn't hard to get to max level/50. It would be pretty much like 15 being the max level in MP, and a ton of people can easily get to 15 in mp without a problem.

To be a General (a real general, none of this playlist bull****) you have to be a level 50. What I'm trying to say is that difficulty has absolutely nothing to do with it. People want a level 50, and they want it now, without having to work for it. Instant gratification.

haha im quitting halo until the next one comes out. theres no skill needed to win anymore, the skill gap is completely gone... hell it's almost impossible to see double digit positives or negatives anymore. guess that means more poker

It's kind of been gone for almost a year now. That's the way it has worked with both H2 and H3. Great game, fun to play, and then after about sex months, it's ruined.

No offense dude but you really don't know what you're talking about, I mean first of all, amount of games played =/= games won, and second of all, getting a 50 is way harder in Halo 3 due to the TrueSkill system screwing over your sigma if you've played many games, and if you lose 1 game, it usually costs between 4-9 wins. Also, getting a 15 in mp is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier than getting a 50 rofl. You're probably judging because you're like a 30 that plays games against noobs. If you're a 50, you'll play nothing but 50's and the matches are actually close.

Lump: First of all, I quit Halo for 13 months, and secondly, if you didn't have your 360 for 9 months, that makes it even easier to switch because you're not used to the controls so much from playing every day... =/

If you're a 50 or thereabouts playing ranked matches, you're almost always going to be playing against players with awful tactics. I find that the skill level ranking isn't at all representative of a player's skill.
