My probation officer is hooking me up with a sweet job down at this restaurant buffet. The pay is only 2.00$ an hour but the tips are great! Especially on the weekends when theres a lot of people.

Eh I got laid off from my job a while ago.

I used to be a cook at Pizza Hut. But ever since the economy crashed, my manager always told me how they might not keep me, since they don't have very much room for a 16-year-old who works 24 hours a week, and only on weekends.

She kept telling me how other people had families to feed and were in desperate need of a job. So ya, a month later, I got laid off to make room for some guy who was 40 years old and had just got laid off as well from some place.

The funny thing is, every time I go past Pizza Hut, I see a sign that says that they are hiring. Wtf?

shine your shoe for a nickel? no, but really you should go to a temp service, when I was laid off from my first good job they had a temp service job that paid more and was closer and was still in the same field of work.
