The best thing was when someone would apply but wasn't auto-approved, so like a week later when their approval went through the closing manager would hand me two bucks and I'd have no idea why. It was like Christmas. =)

I was in work from since I left school [ June '06 ] Until before I fell pregnant. So I'm entitled to actual good Meternity pay not dole chavvy pay =P

But I can't get it until I'm 28 weeks.

I worked during college and i hate part time work, much prefer full time work, actually get decent money.

lol - i was on £36 a week from doing a couple of shifts. About £5 an hour i think.

first job was $10 an hour. i got to sit on my ass and make business cards in PS. easiest job ive had

then i did taxes. got paid comission which was alright

then worked at walmart $8.40

then some warehouse $8.00

another warehouse $8.40

now i have no job ;D

I get 12$/h for working on a golf club in the summer. During class time, since they were missing a teacher, they asked me to work at the "Help Center" where students with a problem can come and ask me questions. Also 12$/h for that.

$100/year working under the table at a cookie factory. Pay sucks balls but it is a job.
Next year I am picking up a job at Wendy's for $6.25 with a max of 18 hours.
Oh, and $5 a week for allowance. =0

Better to do 20 hours at nearly 20 dollars per hour than 40 hours at 10 dollars per hour.

I make a little over minimum wage (not sure how much exactly to be totally honest) plus tips. Best nights top out around 100 bucks in tips, worst nights could end up being nothing in tips-- average night is like 10~20. But I work 40 hours, so I've got plenty of cash even without tips considered.

ps 100 dollars per year is NOTHING. That's almost 2 dollars per week. Working 5 days per week, that'd be about 38 CENTS PER DAY.
