I need help on deciding.. (Nerdy topic warning!)

So yeah. My nerdiest topic yet. Anyways! There's a $500 competition for Yu-Gi-Oh at my local card store tomorrow. I'm pretty decent at it but I'm not in the conversations of being good at it. This tourney is $20 to enter which is alot of money and it's all I have to my name! If I place top 8, I'll get at least $25 and If I win, $500! I need some opinions! Should I enter?

I hate the new Yugioh cards. I remember a simpler time when you were screwed if your opponent summoned a Blue Eyes White Dragon.

You should enter if you have nothing better to do with $20 other than buying a cardboard box and some cheerios.

Here's the backfire. What if you don't draw ANY monsters throught the entire duel?
