If I remember correctly, the scenario in the game concerned tension and minor fighting in the area, and then you assume control once it becomes "official"
If anything, that's just more accurate.

And I'm not saying this game is gonna predict the future or anything, jeez. It is, however, a really cool coincidence that it worked out this way and I figured people might be interested. You don't have to react like I stabbed you or something :/

I don't think Bush is gonna declare war against Russia when we are fighting Iraq. Soon he will be gone from presidency anyways so he won't be able to.
